Help, feedback & docs in chat

Something broken, confusing, or missing? Feedback is one click from every screen in Chat, with text and diagnostics available even when screenshot attachments are not.

Reporting an issue from the web

Report an issue

  1. Find the feedback button

On most screens, a floating Report an issue pill with a bug icon sits in the bottom-right corner. It hides inside agent and group conversations — there, the same action lives in the conversation header instead, next to share. Feedback is also in the sidebar ? menu and the command palette.

  2. Describe the issue

The feedback modal asks for a message (required) and an optional title. Write what you expected, what happened instead, and what you were doing. The modal already knows which page you were on.

  3. Review what will be sent

When screenshot attachments are available, review the preview, retake it after rearranging your screen, replace it with an uploaded PNG, JPG, or WebP up to 5MB, or untick Include screenshot. If the form does not show screenshot controls, send the report normally — your message, optional title, and chosen diagnostics still reach the team.

  4. Send it

Submit, and the modal closes only after Chat confirms delivery. If delivery cannot be confirmed, your text stays visible and another submit is blocked to avoid a duplicate — copy the report and use the support email shown in the modal instead. If Chat asks you to sign in or refresh, copy the text first. For desktop-app issues, use the desktop feedback page — see Feedback & bug reports (desktop) in the Agent Dev tab.

Docs and changelog

Help lives next to feedback. These docs are built into the app — the Docs entry in the top nav and the ? menu opens them, every agent has its own docs page, and the mobile Docs tab carries the same pages. For what changed recently, the Changelog is in the same ? menu, just below Feedback and Community.
