Schedule recurring jobs

An agent that runs on a schedule is a report you never have to remember. Set up a real recurring job — a morning summary, a weekly check — and let it run.

Schedule a recurring job

Create a scheduled job

  1. Find the scheduled jobs section

The sidebar has a scheduled jobs section listing every job across your agents with its next run time. Each agent's profile also shows its own job cards. Either place gets you to the same editor.

  2. Write the job

Create a job and the editor page opens. Name it, pick the agent that should run it, and write the prompt it will receive on every run — write it like a standing instruction: what to check, what to produce, what to skip when nothing changed.

  3. Set the schedule

Set the schedule: an interval, or hourly, daily, weekly, or weekday runs at a specific time — in a specific timezone, so a 9:00 report means your 9:00. Set a maximum number of executions when the job should stop on its own, for example a daily check that ends with the release.

  4. Save and let it run

Save, and the job runs on schedule; each run lands as a conversation in the agent's topics, so results are read like any other chat. Edit the job any time, use Save as new to spin off a variant, and delete it when the routine ends.
